Geo.III silver snuff box; of rectangular form, with a fine engine-turned decorated lid/cover, displaying a neat monogram. The underside is also engine-turned and the side panels are plain. The interior still has it's original gilding which is in fine condition; there is also a charming inscription to the front interior panel which is only displayed when the box is opened. Good size box with clear hallmarks. All together a great example.
