'The Doge's Palace'

J.de Fleury Snr. Was a landscape artist who fluctuated from 1799. He was the father of J.De Fleury Jnr who exhibited in London from 1847 to 1868. His daughter Jane Vivian (de Fleury) echibited in London from 1867 to 1877. It is then recorded that she moved with her father to an address in Islington Row, Birmingham where she worked and exhibited from 1880 to 1888. She did however travel widely during her career producing works in Bruges, Rouen and most prominently in Venice. Today, she is in fact one of the most popular painters of 19th Century Venecian views.
